  • Our office is open 9:00am– 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays


How do I pay for my order?

  • All prices on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and 5% GST is applied to all book orders.
  • Payment methods for our e-store include: Credit card (Mastercard or Visa) through PayPal. Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques.

How do you ship my order?

  • Shipping is done through Canada Post. If you would like another shipping method, please contact us at
  • All orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is received by Decoda.


Can I cancel my order? How do I return it?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 business day of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact us by phone or email, as listed above. Please see our Return Policy for further information.


Do you have bulk order rates?

  • Yes! Many of our items are used for programs with larger numbers of participants. Select items are available for bulk purchase in amounts of 25 or more. See our Bulk Orders page for more information.
