Do you feel more stress at work or at home?
Many studies reveal that work is a major source of stress for many people. Newly released research from Pennsylvania State University suggests that the conventional wisdom of home as the place to recover from the stress of work might not be the case.
Researchers measuring people’s cortisol levels, a major biological marker of stress, found that men and women have significantly lower levels of stress at work than at home. While men report being happier at home than at work, women report being happier at work than at home. Read what one of the researchers has to say here.
