The final report of the Labour Market Study of Literacy and Essential Skills workers conducted by the Canadian Literacy and Learning Network (CLLN) is now available. Based on recommendations following the Labour Market Study, CLLN is examining the benefits of National Occupational Standards for the Literacy and Essential Skills field. These standards describe the skills and knowledge that a worker must demonstrate to be considered competent in their occupation.
