Mindfulness at School

Mindfulness is the state of being actively aware of the present. Mindfulness also involves observing thoughts and feelings without judging them.
Meditation and yoga are two practices that have been used to bring mindfulness into classrooms in the belief that enhancing student well-being will improve learning.
