Items that can be returned may be refunded up to 30 days from their shipment date. We will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error.
You have two options for returning your item: (1) Return to the Decoda Office, or (2) Return through the mail.
1 – Return your item(s) to the Decoda office.
Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return in its original condition, along with the packing slip or invoice (which is your receipt) that came with the order within 30 days of the shipment date. The shipment date of your order can be found on your packing slip/invoice.
2 – Return your item through the mail.
You may return any items to Decoda, for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll only refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment.
What can I return?
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Decoda within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
In 2-3 weeks. Refunds will be applied 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Decoda issue replacements?
We will replace damaged items. However, you are responsible for returning the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order, unless the item you want to replace is of equal value.
