What’s Wrong with this Photo?
Date posted: March 25, 2015
WorkSafeBC publishes a magazine every six months, and every issue of WorkSafe Magazine has a ‘What’s wrong with this photo?’ contest. The photo has been staged to show a number of hazards or dangerous work habits in a specific work environment. The challenge is to find as many hazards as you can. Try the current challenge, which looks at ski lift safety (click on the photo to redirect to the contest site):
You can play the interactive version online or print the photo and email an entry. Contest responses are published, and one lucky respondent wins a prize. The current contest is open until March 27th.
A collection of past challenges with their accompanying responses are also available. Scenarios include auto shop safety, trucking safety, luggage handling, first aid safety, kitchen safety and chemical safety. These photos could be an interesting and fun way to reinforce learning about workplace safety.

We’ll be holding our own contest beginning next month – stay tuned for more details!
