These are both web applications that let you manage multiple Twitter and Facebook accounts from one interface. These make your life much easier, because you can post to Twitter and Facebook at the same time, from one place. Both systems are quite similar, but the features and user interface are slightly different, so some people will like one, and some people with like the other.
