Brain breaks are quick 1-2 minute activities that help you get refocused and energized. This book contains 50 classroom-tested activities that challenge your brain while simultaneously getting you to move your body. The activities can be used in almost any setting. Some are for individuals, some are to be done with a partner, and some are group activities. For example, they can be used in class to transition from one activity to another or used in a presentation to help your audience stay alert.
