Callan’s contemporary jigsaws 1: cooperative stories for beginner ESL.
Nancy Callan. Vancouver: ESL Jigsaws, 2009.
Provides instruction on the jigsaw form of instruction, where four pictures and text, representing one story, are given to small groups. Students learn the material, then teach it to each other and complete follow-up exercises. Fifteen jigsaws are provided.
