Designed especially for program managers and practitioners, it contains resources and tested tools, along with information about using them. There are tools to guide you through planning the evaluation, gathering baseline data, tracking outcomes, and analyzing your data. Please note: The personal financial literacy quiz in the toolkit is written at a Grade 7 to 8 level.
