Literacy Planning Process

Community Literacy Planning Process

The Community or District Literacy Planning Process is essential to building a culture of community-based literacy and learning in communities across British Columbia. According to a 2010 report by researchers at UBC:

“the community literacy process has been very effective in supporting participants to increase collaboration, enhance coordination, form partnerships and work together to reach out and provide rationalized and relevant services across their communities.
