Literacy Month

September is Literacy Month in British Columbia!

Each September, we lead a province-wide awareness and fundraising campaign. Literacy Month raises awareness of the importance of literacy, and raises funds to support community-based literacy programs and initiatives across British Columbia.

The 2020 theme for Literacy Month was “Literacy matters more than ever!” We highlighted the importance of Health Literacy, Digital Literacy, Financial Literacy and Workplace Literacy. #LiteracyMatters
